The Disappearance Chamber is an open cat litter box with a raised spill guard, measuring approximately 48 × 34.7 × 18cm. The higher rim helps contain scattered litter while preserving airflow and an uncovered layout for cats that dislike enclosed boxes.
The tray must still be large enough for the individual cat to enter, turn, dig and toilet comfortably. The 18cm wall height may help with enthusiastic digging, but it can be difficult for very small kittens, senior cats or cats with limited mobility. High-spraying cats may need a taller or enclosed alternative.
Setup and cleaning
